In the modern world, magic has become a thing of fairytales and legend, forcing spell casters to take their craft underground, living in secluded areas, abandoned buildings, and back alleys. Or...in trendy apartment complexes populated with partying college-aged coeds, practically begging to be discovered by the outside world. This story follows the latter.
